This message is for anyone whose child is in Plano Middle School Baseball, Softball, Cross Country, or Soccer:
Today's scheduled games and practices are set to occur as scheduled. Coaches will allow ample opportunities for water breaks and will take precautions to help ensure the wellbeing of all athletes.
This week Tuesday through Thursday, there will be some changes due to the forecasted excessive heat and humidity levels. All scheduled Baseball, Softball, Cross Country, and Soccer games scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday have been canceled. Also, practices will be moved indoors as best as we can. To do that and allow our teams to share our gym, we will use the following schedule. We anticipate resuming our regularly scheduled practices and games on Friday. Please review the schedule below if your child is in Baseball, Softball, Cross Country or Soccer:
MONDAY, 8/21:
- Home Baseball & Softball Games @ PHS, starting @ 4:30pm
- Soccer & Cross Country practices @ PMS as scheduled
TUESDAY, 8/22:
- All scheduled games canceled
- No Baseball or Softball practices
- Soccer practice INDOORS @ PMS (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
- Cross Country practice INDOORS @ PMS (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
WEDNESDAY, 8/23:
- All scheduled games canceled
- No Soccer or Softball practices
- Baseball practice INDOORS @ PMS (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
- Cross Country practice INDOORS @ PMS (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
THURSDAY, 8/24:
- All scheduled games/meets canceled
- No Baseball or Soccer practices
- Softball practice INDOORS @ PMS (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
- Cross Country practice TBD (times to be communicated by coaches through Remind)
FRIDAY, 8/25:
- Tentatively (weather dependent), will resume practices and games as scheduled.
