Hello Plano High School Families,
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we begin our Remote Learning and know we’re trying to keep you up to date as much as possible throughout this time. You should’ve received and read through the Remote Learning Plan for Parents/Students, but if not I’ve attached the link for you to do so now.
Please know our teachers have started pushing out essential material your child(ren) will need to know in order to complete their classes. This material will be graded and count towards their overall grade, so it is important that they are checking their teachers Google Classroom according to our A/B day schedule. If you need to contact any of your childs(rens) teachers you can do so through PowerSchool or by going to this teacher email link.
During the first weeks of ongoing learning our teachers provided make up opportunities to those students who have missing assignments or needing to make up tests or quizzes. During our Remoter Learning days students still have the opportunity to make up any material they can to help bring their grade up. Parents, please check PowerSchool to see if your child(dren) have missing assignments and communicate with their teachers to see if the opportunity has been given to make up any of that missing work.

Hola familias de Plano High School,
Gracias por su paciencia y comprensión mientras comenzamos nuestro Aprendizaje Remoto y sabemos que estamos tratando de mantenerlo lo más actualizado posible durante todo este tiempo. Debería haber recibido y leído el Plan de Aprendizaje Remoto para padres/estudiantes, pero en caso de que no sea asi, aqui adjunto el enlace de maestros para que lo haga ahora.
Tenga en cuenta que nuestros maestros han impulsado material esencial que sus hijos necesitarán saber para completar sus clases. Este material se calificará y contará para su calificación general, por lo que es importante que revisen el Salón Virtual de Google de sus maestros de acuerdo con nuestro horario de día A / B. Si necesita comunicarse con alguno de los maestros de su(s) hijo(s), puede hacerlo a través de PowerSchool o visitando el enlace de correo electrónico del maestro(a).
Durante las primeras semanas de aprendizaje continuo, nuestros maestros brindaron oportunidades de recuperación a aquellos estudiantes que tienen tareas faltantes o que necesitan hacer exámenes o cuestionarios. Durante nuestros días de Aprendizaje Remoto, los estudiantes aún tienen la oportunidad de inventar cualquier material que puedan para ayudar a mejorar su calificación. Padres, revisen PowerSchool para ver si a su hijo (a) le faltan tareas y favor de comunicarse con sus maestros para ver si se les ha dado la oportunidad de recuperar algo de ese trabajo perdido.
