Plano CUSD #88

Pictured are Chris Valle, teacher Emily Villarreal, his parents and Superintendent Dr. Tracy Thurwanger. Chris is a sophomore at Plano High School.  At the most recent Board of Education meeting, he spoke about his experiences as an English language learner at the high school and newcomer to the country. Administrators presented him with a special Plano medallion for speaking at the meeting. He did a fantastic job sharing how he receives supports in his classes and certainly left an impression on all present!

Los administradores le entregaron un medallón especial de Plano por hablar en la reunión. ¡Hizo un trabajo fantástico al compartir cómo recibe apoyo en sus clases y ciertamente dejó una impresión en todos los presentes!
