The students at Emily G Johns School have such great hearts for the community! Student Council members sponsored a food/hygiene products drive and they collected 3,300 items. Students packed a truckload full and donated the items to the Kendall County Community Food Pantry and the micro-pantry located at the First Lutheran Church in Plano. The food items weighed in at over 4,500 pounds! One homeroom from each grade received a pizza party lunch for collecting the most items. Thank you to EGJ students for their support of those in need throughout our community.
