Plano District 88 is now partnering with Whitsons Culinary Group to bring you a brand new, state-of-the-art, mobile platform that brings menu planning, nutrition information, meal ingredients and real time allergen information to the fingertips of students, parents and school district staff. This new menu viewing interface, FD MEALPLANNER, replaces our previous digital menu platform webpages, bringing you all new streamline mobile viewing capabilities.
FD MEALPLANNER provides easy access to school menu information anytime, from any mobile device or PC. Our menus are interactive, allowing you to build your own meals to be able to view custom nutritionals and allergen information. This feature is especially important for parents of children with food allergies and school nurses who need quick and easy access.
This user-friendly menu viewing tool also allows you to build your own profile, or a profile for your entire family of students, and then save your account preferences--making future FD MEALPLANNER visits a breeze.

Select your school.
Select breakfast or lunch.
Click on the month for which you would like to see the menu.
To view specific allergen information, click the icons next to the food item.
To print the menu, click on the printer icon in the top right-hand corner.

Free Meals for ALL Students, All School Year
The Plano School District has been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). With this new option in place, all students enrolled in District 88 are eligible to receive a FREE healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to their household each day of this school year. Morning Preschool students will receive a full breakfast at school and afternoon Preschool students will receive a full lunch at school.
Ala carte items will be available for purchase at the middle and high schools. A student must accept a fully reimbursable meal (contains all components) in order for it to be marked free. All students are eligible to purchase milk to accompany a sack breakfast or lunch from home. A fully reimbursable meal includes a carton of milk. A student would need to order a fully reimbursable meal in order to receive free milk.
Student Fee Waivers
Families who are not directly certified from the State of Illinois (SNAP, Medicaid or Foster-eligible), will be contacted by the school district and provided information to apply for registration fee waivers. Based on the income information provided on the household information form, students’ fees may be waived (free), reduced (50%) or full-pay. Remember, families do not need to complete any paperwork in order to receive free breakfast and lunch at school. ALL students are eligible for FREE meals during the 2024-25 school year.
